Plot Summary:
The true story of when three undercover supercops grow tired of warring with the gangbangers and attending young people’s funerals so they start positive rap singing to reach them. The reward for their gallant efforts? The dealers put a hit out on them. If they live, will their message of “Education, not incarceration” be heard? This documentary is told mostly through newsreel highlights and interviews.
